Payment and Shipping

We offer one postage charge for any value order of £5.00 for the UK and Scotland.

delivery will be either by Dpd.co.uk insured courier or by Royal Mail recorded Delivery.

£29.99 for Ireland. Items are sent via insured courier Dpd.co.uk

72 hour delivery guaranteed with exceptions of Friday/Saturday orders.

We accept payment of credit/debit cards via secure payment Pay Pal.

Pay off line we accept postal orders and personal cheque's *Please note that goods will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared.

Despatch & Delivery

The majority of our deliveries made in the UK & Irish Republic are by Dpd.co.uk insured courier. From time to time we may elect to dispatch smaller goods by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. In both cases a signed for Service is used, and requires someone to be at the designated shipping address to receive the delivery. We are more than happy to deliver goods to a work address, providing you inform the receiving party of the designated delivery.

When ordering from the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Irish Republic & UK Islands please allow a couple of extra day's delivery time. At this time we are unable to offer delivery to PO Box numbers & BFPO addresses. During times of peak season demand (for example valentines, mother's day, father's day & especially Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our news & events page for details and allow extra time for delivery.

Terms & Condition of Sale

These Terms & Conditions, together with the particulars set out, supersede any Terms & Conditions previously in use; they are based upon English, Scottish & Irish law, with any disputes being resolved by the Courts of England. The purchase of any goods from the Supplier constitutes your agreement to the terms & conditions set out below.

1. The term "supplier" means FM group, the term "Purchaser" refers to the Buyer throughout these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Supplier reserves the right to "Title of the goods" until payment is made in full

3. No alteration of these Terms & Conditions can be made, unless they are agreed in writing by both parties.

4. All Prices quoted are those set out in the "suppliers" quotation, but excludes "Delivery Charges" to either one or multiple locations, or unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Terms:

a, Payment is strictly required to be made in advance of despatch of the goods.

b, Payment can be made by either Credit/Debit Card via Pay Pal,

Pay Off line Postal Order, Cheque or Cash.

6. Deliveries:

a, All Deliveries should be checked by the Purchaser before acceptance:

Failure to complete the checking of the goods Delivered and the reporting of any such Shortages or Damages would be deemed by the "supplier" that the goods have been accepted by the "Purchaser" complete and unharmed.

b, All Damages or Shortages, should be reported to the "supplier" within 24 hours & in writing.

7. You are entitled to a 30 day money back guarantee provided the products have not been opened. We guarantee that all the fragrances in full size products are exactly the same as our samples.

Returns will not be accepted once the product is opened.
